jilipa Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilipa website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the jilipa Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

jilipa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the jilipa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting as a player).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilipa, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilipa Platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jilipa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jilipa account.
• Notify jilipa immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

jilipa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jilipa of a security breach in a timely manner.

All transactions on the jilipa Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilipa supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at jilipa's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilipa account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jilipa reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

jilipa does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jilipa bears no responsibility. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the player.

jilipa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• jilipa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

jilipa's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who have questions about a specific promotion should contact the jilipa support team via live chat before participating.

All games available on the jilipa Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jilipa uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer.

The following general betting rules apply across the jilipa Platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilipa will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• jilipa reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that jilipa reasonably believes constitute abuse of the Platform.
• Winnings will be credited to your jilipa account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the account suspended.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilipa Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilipa staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jilipa Platform — including but not limited to the jilipa name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jilipa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jilipa.
• Use the jilipa name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of jilipa's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jilipa.

jilipa is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by jilipa's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the jilipa Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• jilipa does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

jilipa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilipa account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jilipa Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilipa, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilipa's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, provided that jilipa takes reasonable steps to resolve such errors fairly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jilipa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilipa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilipa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilipa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilipa reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

You may close your jilipa account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure:

• Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or event rules.
• Any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who have concerns about jilipa's compliance with applicable gaming regulations may also raise complaints with PAGCOR through its official channels.

jilipa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipa will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jilipa Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
